helping students reach their goals

Our approach to college counseling centers on your child. We get to know them, learn what they are passionate about and where they hope to see themselves in the world.

With this in mind, we:

  • Create a tailored list of colleges based on student’s goals, interests, and demonstrated skills

  • Advise students on passion projects, providing thoughtful support to help high schoolers begin pursuing their interests now

  • Provide support for course choices, AP exams, and standardized testing

  • Guide students through every aspect of the college application process, from resume creation to essays

Ideally, we begin with students in 9th grade to help them shape their high school experience with an eye to their future goals. The idea is not to create pressure from a young age, but to alleviate it by being available to answer any questions that come up and giving you and your child the peace of mind knowing that they are on a path to be able to achieve their goals. We don’t push students, we give them the tools and knowledge to challenge themselves. We want to help kids to approach the college process as an opportunity to get to find a school that will continue to nurture their passions and interests, a place that will challenge them and support their growth. We work hard to help each students find the school that best suits them, and make sure they are on a path to making admission a possibility.

We work with a limited number of students each year in order to ensure we are focused and available for each one. While starting to work with us younger (9th grade) is the best way to get into the program, we do occasionally have openings for juniors or seniors. Please contact us to find out more.
